My first true love
I woke up at the sound of someone faintly calling my name. I slowly looked around the room trying to adjust my eyes to complete darkness. I tried to move, but I found myself tied up and tape on my mouth making it impossible for me to move or talk.
I closed my eyes and started sobbing; I didn’t know where I was or what had happened back at the hotel room.
“Jane” I looked around, but I couldn’t see anything. I tried to move and scream, but it came out as a mumbled due to the tape on my mouth.
I closed my eyes once again and tried to focus on Alexander, maybe he’ll hear me if I concentrate enough.
“Alexander please… where are you?” I whispered in my head. I felt then immensely cold; I opened my eyes and saw exactly where I was.
I looked around and saw nothing, but a bed and a table, no windows at all.
I tried to stand up, but failed miserably. The door was suddenly open by a guy around my age, maybe a little bit older; I’m guessing eighteen or nineteen. He smiled as soon as he saw me.
“I see that you finally decided to wake up. I was starting to worry” he said while entering the room and closing the door behind him.
I tried to move back as much as I could, but the wall stopped me from going further.
He walked slowly towards me, while keeping eye contact with me.
“Are you ready to start talking?” he asked.
I didn’t know what to do so I just nodded. He smiled and pulled the take from my mouth.
“Who are you?”
He leaned closer and whispered. “Your worst nightmare darling, you see Alexander is going to be excited to see” “Alexander? Is he here?”
He smirked and shake his head “No, but he will soon” “What do you want from me?” I whispered.
“All I want from you is to bring me Alexander and so far you are doing a fine job” I once again didn’t know what he was talking about, his presence was giving me the chills and it made me uncomfortable.
“Now, I’m going to untied you and you will get a good sleep, because who knows what might happen tomorrow” he said while untying me. Tomorrow? What exactly is happening tomorrow?”
After he was done, he gave me one last look before leaving the room.
I walked to the bed and immediately felt tired, it had been a long day and I was exhausted.
I leaned back and closed my eyes. But there was still a weird feeling about this place.
“Jane…what happened? Where are you?” “I…I don’t know”
“What do you mean you don’t know?”
“I…I’m in New York Alexander…but now I don’t know, as soon as I got to the hotel, someone captured me and I don’t know where I am now…please come and get me”
“You’re here in New York? Jane, who has taken you ?”
“I don’t know, but he wants to see you, he said it’s my job to bring you to him” “Jane…listen to me, I will fine you, I promise”
I was scared, I didn’t know what to do, and I just put Alexander in danger. I shouldn’t have come in the first place. Maybe destiny didn’t want us to be together at the end.
I sat on the corner, far away from the door; I hugged my knees up to my chest and
closed my eyes.
The world around me seemed to get small every time I closed my eyes. I wonder who is trying to get to Alexander. I mean, there must be a reason why all of this is happening and the mist.
Ever since I had the dream, my life started to change. Not only was my life a disaster, but I also had to add the fact that the guy that I love was a vampire. A vampire
That’s it, maybe the people that kidnapp me are vampires….what have I gotten
The door opened and a man entered the room with a smirk forming on his lips. I gulped.
“Come here!” he damanded. I struggle to get up for a minute; I leaned back and stood up. I walked towards him slowly; he looked up giving me a creepy smile. “Now, there…come closer” he said motioning me to come closer. “Now tell me where is Alexander?”
“I…I don’t know”
“Don’t lie to me; I’m going to ask you one more time…where is Alexander?” “I…Don’t…Know”
He grabbed me by the hair and pulled me closer. “You either tell me where he is or you are going to pay”
“I don’t know where he is!” I shouted.
“Don’t lie to me” he snapped. Tears were streaming down my eyes; I could feel his breath near next to me. “I’m going to leave you for now, but if I don’t get an answer from you tomorrow, your poor Alexander is going to pay the consequences”
He let me go abruptly making me fall to the ground. He gave me one last look then before opening the door and leaving me.
I started crying, since when did my life start getting so difficult.
There must be a way out; I just need to find it.
I got up and started looking around the room, since there were no windows in the room; I started looking underneath the bed. Nothing
I then saw a small hole on the corner of the wall; the light barely hit that stop so it was easily ignored.
I walked closer, kneeled and saw something shinning. I reached in and grabbed what it felt like a…key.
I took it out and I was definitely right, there was a key in there, I wonder if the key works to get out of this room.
I sigh and decided to hide it. It was better to keep it hidden just in case. As I lay down on the bed, I looked up at the ceiling and stare at it in thought. I remember the first time Alexander came into my house, and when he told me that he loved me.
I hope he finds me, before it’s too late.
I woke up feeling groggy. I completely lost track of time, who knows how many days I’ve been here, my parents were probably worried.
Last time I saw the man that kidnapped me, he wanted to know about Alexander. What if he comes back, what am I going to tell him?
I immediately turned around at the sound of the door opening. A guy around my age came in, he looked nervous and scared.
“Is your name Jane?” he asked. Something in his voice sounded calming and comforting. I nodded, not being able to talk.
“We have to hurry, we don’t have much time” he said grabbing my hand.
“Wait…who are you? What do you want?” I snapped, holding back.
“There is no time to explain…my name is Derek, I’m Alexander’s friend, he send me to help you”….
